AN OVERVIEW OF OUR RETURNS

Your satisfaction is an essential part of our philosophy. If a 01VOID fragrance does not meet your expectations, we want to make the return process as clear and straightforward as possible. This policy explains how to initiate a return, what is eligible, and how refunds are processed.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Under our voluntary return policy, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please return the item within 7 days of receiving return instructions.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us as soon as you notice the problem. Include your order number, a description, and photographs if available and safe to take. We will assess the issue and arrange the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement or a refund. Where we are responsible for the problem, we will cover required reasonable return costs.

NATURAL VARIATIONS (THE VOLCANIC FRAGMENT)

Every 01VOID box includes an individual porous volcanic fragment. These fragments are natural materials with irregular edges, textures, and variations in color. These natural variations are part of the product’s identity and are not considered manufacturing defects. Returns based solely on the natural aesthetic variation of the rock will not be accepted under our change-of-mind policy.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email sales@01void.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Tell us whether this is a change-of-mind request or a problem with the product. We will send suitable packing and shipping instructions. Keep your proof of return and any tracking information. Please contact us for shipping instructions before sending perfume back.

RETURN CHARGES

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Any applicable return fee will be disclosed before purchase. There is no charge for exercising a right where the law requires us to bear that cost.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the funds. If a refund appears overdue, contact sales@01void.com with your order number.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. It does not exclude rights relating to faulty, unsafe, incorrect, or misdescribed products. If this policy conflicts with mandatory law, that law takes priority.
