These terms apply to purchases through https://01void.com/, operated by 01VOID, based in DHA, Lahore, Pakistan. We operate as an online-only business. Contact us at sales@01void.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our collection contains three perfumes: 001 ORIGIN, 002 VEIL, and 003 GREY. Each product page states its net volume (50 ml Eau de Parfum), price (PKR), and available product information. Images illustrate the product; screen settings can affect how colors appear.
Fragrance impressions and wear can vary between individuals. Read the ingredients, warnings, and directions before use. This does not limit any rights you have if a product is unsafe, faulty, or not as described.

PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges and any other applicable charges are shown before you submit your order. We accept secure payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is authorized and captured at the time of order confirmation.

PLACING AND ACCEPTING ORDERS

After you submit an order, we send an acknowledgment. Your order is accepted and the purchase contract is formed when we send a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, we will explain and promptly refund any amount already collected. We will not substitute a fragrance or size without your agreement.

DELIVERY

We deliver to supported locations across Pakistan. Our usual processing time is 2-3 business days. Available services, estimated delivery times, and charges appear at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless explicitly stated. If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact sales@01void.com with your order number.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS

For changes or cancellation requests, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to change an order once it has been dispatched. Our Return Policy explains the process for change-of-mind returns and problems with delivered products.

WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The branding, text, photography, and other content on this website belong to 01VOID or their respective rights holders. You may view the website for personal shopping use. Commercial copying, distribution, or reuse requires the relevant permission, except where permitted by law.

RESPONSIBILITY

We are responsible for fulfilling our contractual and legal obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
